Reference Entity With respect to a Reference Entity, a Credit Event is deemed to have occurred if a Credit Event (as defined in Section 6.2 of the Master PDS) including Bankruptcy, Failure to Pay or Restructuring has occurred in respect of the relevant Reference Obligation or the relevant Reference Entity during the period defined in the relevant Term Sheet. | Coupon Coupons are either Fixed or Variable income payments (similar to distributions or dividends) paid to investors during the Investment Term as defined by the relevant Term Sheet PDS. | Duration Duration is the term of the investment. | Currency The Currency the currency the Investment is denominated in. If not AUD, investors will typically have exposure to that particular currency (refer to relevant Term Sheet PDS for specific currency exposure). | Compulsory Early Redemption If applicable, then, on each Compulsory Redemption Date, the Issuer, in its absolute discretion, may compulsorily redeem the Units and Investors will receive a Final Value equal to the Issue Price per Unit plus any accrued Coupons. | More Information (Flyer, PDS) |

Reference Basket | Returns Potential Returns are Coupons which are fixed income payments, similar to distributions or dividends. | Duration Duration is the term of the investment. | Barrier Level The Barrier Level or ‘Knock In Level’ is the % of the Starting Price where a loss outcome may be experienced. The Barrier Level may be observed either at Maturity, Daily at Close or Continuously (intraday). For example a ‘65% At Maturity Barrier Level’ means that if any of the shares have fallen more than 35% At Maturity, say 40%, then the Investor will be exposed to a loss equivalent to the performance of the Worst Performing Share (i.e. a loss of 40% of Initial Investment Amount). | Auto Call An Auto Call feature when triggered will return the investors capital and mature the investment early. This feature can have advantages for investors as it usually increases the Fixed Coupon returns and can provide more liquidity opportunities. It is expressed as a % of the Starting Price of the Reference Shares. For example, if the Auto Call Price is 100%, Quarterly, this means that if all of the Reference Shares are above 100% of their respective Starting Prices on an Auto Call Date, the trade will Mature early with capital returned to Investors. | Currency The Currency the currency the Investment is denominated in. If not AUD, investors will typically have exposure to that particular currency (refer to relevant Term Sheet PDS for specific currency exposure). | More Information |
